Base Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked pasta (rotini or penne) cooled
  • 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing adjust to taste
  • 1/2 cup croutons for crunch
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese for added flavor
  • 1 cup grilled chicken (optional) for protein

Instructions
 

  • Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled pasta, romaine lettuce, and Caesar dressing.
  • Add croutons and Parmesan cheese, then toss gently to combine.
  • If using, add grilled chicken for a protein boost.
  • Serve immediately, or refrigerate for 30 minutes for flavors to meld.

Notes

For extra flavor, try adding cherry tomatoes, bacon bits, or a squeeze of lemon juice.
