- 2 cups cooked sushi rice
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
Roll Filling
- 1 sheet nori (seaweed)
- 1/4 cup imitation crab meat, shredded
- 1/4 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
- 1 tbsp spicy mayo
- 1/4 avocado, sliced
