Ingredients
  

Sushi Rice

  • 2 cups cooked sushi rice
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Roll Filling

  • 1 sheet nori (seaweed)
  • 1/4 cup imitation crab meat, shredded
  • 1/4 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1 tbsp spicy mayo
  • 1/4 avocado, sliced

Topping

  • 2 tbsp spicy mayo for drizzle
  • 1 tsp masago (fish roe)
  • 1 tbsp tempura flakes
  • 1 tbsp eel sauce

Instructions
 

  • Prepare sushi rice by mixing rice vinegar, sugar, and salt into the cooked rice. Let it cool.
  • Lay a sheet of nori on a bamboo mat and spread an even layer of sushi rice on top.
  • Place shredded crab meat, chopped shrimp, and avocado slices in the center of the rice.
  • Carefully roll the sushi using the bamboo mat, applying light pressure to keep the roll tight.
  • Slice the roll into bite-sized pieces using a sharp knife.
  • Drizzle spicy mayo and eel sauce on top of the roll.
  • Sprinkle masago and tempura flakes over the roll for extra crunch.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy your homemade volcano roll sushi!
